All of our dog guests will have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in their indoor/outdoor kennels. Our building has heated floors and air conditioning. All kennels have Kuranda beds and access the outdoors for the comfort of your pets. All guests are allowed out of their kennels every 1 1/2 to 2 hours throughout the day to play in the 2 large play yards. For those dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs, we offer supervised play times together with friends. We temperament test each dog first to ensure a safe and enjoyable play time with others.
Dogs are not fed according to our schedule, but to their own preference. We require that owners bring their pets regular food due to the possibility of stomach upset. Treats are given at all hours of the day here and the sound of the treat cart always gets the tails wagging! Fresh water is always available.
Our kitty condos are in a quiet area near the front office and are spacious and private. All our feline guests can enjoy the floor to ceiling window view of nature and also watch the birds eating at the feeders.
Cats are let out of their condos daily for play and exercise time and are offered lots of stimulating toys and a cat tree to lounge in. We only allow same family cats to play together and our staff is always available for some "lap and purr time".
We require that owners bring their pets regular food due to the possibility of stomach upset.
If your pet takes any medications, we will administer them at no additional charge.
We encourage you to bring your pets favorite beds, blankets and toys from home.

Our boarding facility has limited space and is frequently at 100% occupancy. This forces us to turn potential boarders away. When clients pick-up their dogs early, cancel reservations, or change reservations without adequate notice (at least 48 hours), it is frequently too late for us to fill the space that we reserved for them because the boarders that we turned away have already made other arrangements. Due to the loss of revenue as a result of no-shows, untimely cancellations, schedule changes, and early pick-ups, we have implemented the following cancellation policies.General Cancellation
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reservation schedule changes. If we are unable to re-book the space that is reserved for your dog due to inadequate notice you may be charged 50% of the scheduled stay for each run reserved. Clients that fail to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for early pick-ups will be charged for the entire scheduled reservation.Holiday and Premium Date Cancellation
Clients that cancel holiday reservations without at least 5 days notice will be charged for half the length of the reservation. Clients that cancel holiday reservations or premium date reservations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the entire booked reservation. NO EXCEPTIONSHoliday and Premium Date Reservation Changes
Clients who reserve space for holidays that fail to provide us with at least 48 hours notice for early pick-ups will be charged for the entire scheduled reservation. In addition, clients who make changes to reservations without providing us with at least 48 hours notice will be charged our regular daily rate for any days that the space reserved remains vacant. We are sorry that it has become necessary to implement such a strict cancellation policy; however, we cannot continue to incur loss of revenue due to untimely cancellations, early pick-ups, and reservation schedule changes.Holiday and Premium Dates
Our regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday. Special arrangements can be made for before or after hour drop-offs or pick-ups at our discretion. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any drop-off or pick-up that occurs during non-business hours AND any such service must be prearranged. No service will be provided on Holidays.
