ALL of our guests will receive a minimum of 8 trips to our play areas a day! This is all included in the cost of your stay as we understand the need for exercise is a vital part of a dogs life. If your pet does not enjoy the company of others a staff member will entertain your pet one on one for all playtimes.
Dogs must be up to date on their rabies, distemper, and kennel cough. Cats must be current on rabies and distemper. Please see our policy page for more information.
Please call us ASAP! We require advanced notice to cancel or change a reservation and you will be charged for cancellations or changes if we are unable to fill the vacancy. Please see our policy page for more information.
Dogs and cats get used to the food you provide them at home and can have stomach upset when it's changed. We require that owners provide food for their pets.
Tours are required before any first stay here. We want to meet you and your pets and make sure your pets are comfortable with all we have to offer! Our tours are by appointment only and can be made by calling us to set up a time. We offer tours Monday through Friday at 1:00pm and on Saturday at 11:30am. An appointment must be made prior to your tour as we want to spend time with you and your pet and show you all we have to offer.
